QueueForm offers a free plan so you can explore our features, test your use case, and understand the value before choosing a paid plan. We encourage all users to experiment with the free tier before upgrading.

2. General Refund Policy
As a default policy, QueueForm does not offer refunds on subscription payments once processed.

This helps us continue to invest in improving the platform, support, and infrastructure while maintaining fairness across our user base.


3. Exceptions to the Policy

In rare or exceptional circumstances, we may issue a refund if we believe it is justified.
These could include:

  • Duplicate charges due to system error.

  • Inability to use the product due to technical limitations not disclosed before purchase.


To request a refund, please email us at hello@queueform.com, with details of your case. Refund decisions are entirely at our discretion and may take up to 7 business days to process.


4. Enterprise Customers

All content, branding, and technology on QueueForm are the property of QueueForm and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our permission.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account. We’re always here to help—please reach out before taking that step.
